Selected Projects
Pond design and estimating software for contractors and homeowners. Trace a pond on a yard photo or satellite image and get its volume, a 3D model, equipment sized to the pond and a priced parts list, plus an AI image and short video of the finished pond in the customer's own yard. For larger ponds it estimates the lake bed from LiDAR.
Design, estimating and job management tools for trade contractors: pools, roofs and solar, lawns, windows, closets and concrete coatings. Trace the job on a photo or satellite view, get a priced proposal with an AI image of the finished work, then run the job in JobTools: leads, scheduling, invoicing, card payments, texting and an AI receptionist.
An autonomous AI-driven portfolio manager that researches AI-infrastructure stocks daily and executes real trades on a live brokerage account.
The Earth-Moon problem: a graph G = (V, E₁ ∪ E₂) with both layers planar and χ(G) ≥ 10. The bounds 9 ≤ χ ≤ 12 have not moved in decades. A search that rules out whole families, and logs why.
